April 8, 2009

The American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary and bpv JÁDI NÉMETH Attorneys at Law invite you to join us for a seminar on the topic: Economic turbulences in the light of labor law.

In the given economic situation it is the very important role of business consultants to advise their clients on all methods that may result in the reduction of costs and business or legal exposures.

Labor law can be an important factor in crisis management by optimizing the personnel and the working hours, or supervising the sensitive data handling of the employees. The seminar intends to cover those labor law issues that may have importance in the present turbulent times.

First our speakers will provide you with short assessments on several topics, and after these presentations our panel of legal advisors will present a free discussion. In this questions and answers session you will be free to ask our special guest, Dr. József Radnay, academic professor of Pázmány Péter University, a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Hungary, and author of various articles and books on labor law.
