The recent Hungarian judicial practice in antitrust cases

The Hungarian Supreme Court  (the ‘Curia’) recently adopted several final judgments relating to antitrust matters, including the use of the decision of the Hungarian Competition Authority (HCA)  in damages  actions, ‘take or pay’ agreements from an abuse of dominance perspective and the use of evidence  by the HCA in hard-core cartel cases.
