Dr. Zoltán Kató graduated from the ELTE School of Law in 2004, and shortly thereafter joined Haarmann Hemmelrath as an associate. Since 2006, he has been an associate, and since 2008 an attorney at bpv | Jádi Németh. Dr. Kató is a PhD student at ELTE School of Law, Faculty of Financial Law, where he is also admitted as a frequent lecturer. He is responsible for the Hungarian corporate regulation feature in the annually published Getting the Deal Through. Dr. Kató has been involved in a number of major M&A deals, and continuously coordinates legal work for various projects of clients as team leader.
